Alicia torosian, principal designer

I'm Alicia, the founder and creative force behind this studio, based in Southern California. 

Design has always been woven into the fabric of my life. From childhood days spent rearranging furniture to consignment shopping on the weekends. I graduated from the University of San Diego with a keen eye for aesthetics. My journey led me through the intricacies of building supply, retail, and design specializing in tile and stone. I spent thirteen years immersed in the art of designing hard surfaces for one of the largest distributors in the United States. Those years afforded me the unique opportunity to understand the entire process from design, manufacturing worldwide, and project management, to final installation in residential and commercial spaces. During that time I worked on countless projects for friends and family which ultimately became my passion. In fulfillment of my dream of launching my own design studio, I founded Alicia Torosian Design in 2021. I love to provide clients with a high level of personalized service and thoughtful spaces to call home. 

I live in Corona Del Mar with my husband Adam and three boys. I enjoy being with family, traveling, and eating chocolate daily.

Quality always takes precedence over quantity, and I take pride in being very involved at each step of the way.
